One of my closest friend is suffering from a broken heart right now. Break ups are painful and sometimes you'll think that you can longer love and trust again. Friends, these feelings are normal. I have my own dose of pains too and I want to share what I had learned in my past. I hope that you'll feel better after reading this post.
- Leave all the pain behind and move on. Live your life and learn to love again.
- Focus on yourself and rescue your relationship with yourself.
- Don't rush in befriending your ex.
- In breaking up with someone, getting over with grief may take some time. Take one step at a time.
- Know your intentions. Are you intending to move on? OR Do you want to get back with your ex?
- Don't dwell on negative thoughts. Always remember to have a good vibes.
- Express your anger and loneliness.
- Never think or do things that will humiliate you in the future.
- Trust again.
- Believe that God is the greatest matchmaker in the world. He knows who's the right one for you.
